Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Shipping Time Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days depending on your location. We work with international suppliers to bring you unique products at the best price, which means shipping takes a bit longer than typical next-day retailers, but we think your pup is worth the wait.

Shipping Costs We offer a flat rate of $5 shipping on all orders. Buy two or more costumes and shipping is free.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Delays While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us at contact@snoutfits.store within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
